We are a simple system to manage the business of your Studio or Practice at a high level.

  • Studio Manager is a SaaS platform built specifically for design studios - architects, interior designers and landscape designers - to run the business side of practice. Think project scheduling, timesheets, forecasting, resource and profitability tracking all in one place.

  • Design studio owners and their teams. We have intentionally focused on the business side of running a studio, not the technical or creative tools you already use. Most of our clients run Studio Manager alongside their design and project software.

  • We are deliberately narrow. Rather than trying to be everything, we focus on the parts of running a studio that usually fall through the cracks - pricing your work properly, tracking where time actually goes, forecasting cashflow and seeing whether projects are profitable.

  • Yes - Strategy Bugs is our sister company, a business management consultancy for design studios. Studio Manager grew out of the tools and frameworks we developed there. You can use one without the other, but they work beautifully together.

  • We have three: Spark (Single User), Launch (2 User Package with unlimited extras) and Grow (4 User Package with unlimited extras). Full pricing is on our Pricing Page.

  • Yes - Spark is only for single users but Launch and Grow have per seat options for full or timesheet only users.

  • Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade as your needs change or cancel any time.

  • Yes - we are real humans located in Fremantle and Brisbane and are here to help when you need it. Email us and we will respond within 2 business days but try to get back to you as soon as possible.
